Hello. It’s been a long time since the last post, but we’re still here and shieeeet. Long story short: I’ve been busy with work until recently, and I’m gearing to finish Majikoi A+ by the end of July. However, I’m gonna try to expand on these topics a little so everyone is up to date with what we think the rest of year is gonna look like.
Akatsuki no Goei Trilogy
As most of you might know (or not) we’re going to release this in October this year. We’re missing some images and QA, but we’re pretty much almost finished with the effort over here.
Along with the trilogy release, I’d also like to release some Reminiscence / Reminiscence Re:Collect routes that I worked on that I feel compliment the after story of the trilogy. HOWEVER, this might not come to pass and we might release them a month after the trilogy’s release. We will try to bundle it all together, but don’t expect anything just yet.
Majikoi A+
I’m slated to finish this around the end of July / August, for real this time. Cherry Kiss ain’t gonna give me more work for a long while, so that means more free time (regrettably), which I’ll wisely waste by working on things related to this group.
Since October is going to be stacked with Akatsuki’s trilogy and the Reminiscence routes, we decided to have a December release for this. I won’t spoil the exact date, but you can get an idea of when it’ll happen.
Other than that, I think everything’s coming out nicely with this title, even if it’s going a bit slow (apologies about that, but being a functional working adult is a pain in the ass).
Tsujidou
Once I’m done with Majikoi Around July / August I’ll probably immediately get to this. I’ll release a partial with one of the afters before the year is done if I can (mostly to gauge quality with readers) but other than that, don’t expect anything major from us with this title in 2025.
Deatte 5-fun wa Ore no Mono! Jikan Teishi to Atropos
Unexpected title, I know, but allow me to explain: I technically was helping a TL buddy of mine (PoisonPyte) as TLC on this title. Pyte was aiming to become a pilot, so I’m guessing at some point he graduated and became a normal person, which would explain his disappearance.
It’s been around 2 years since that, so I think it’s fine for me to talk about my involvement in this. It also ties to the progress. I currently do not plan to finish this game (as it’s not my cup of tea) but I am willing to release what was translated and checked (around 13k lines out of 45k lines, prologue, common route, and one of the routes). I could also keep it vaulted forever, but I’ll leave it to the people to decide, since I am a man of the people, after all.
I’ll leave a poll open and close it in like a month or whenever I remember it exists.
Alternatively, if someone would be interested in picking this up before I decide whether to release it or not, let me know in the comments, or somewhere else.
Reminiscence QA
Last but not least, I’m looking for a Reminiscence QA, as I need one more person to check on the text. If anyone’s interested I recommend sending me a Discord DM or leaving a comment here with a mail, or finding a way to communicate with us so we know you’re interested.
We prefer people with some previous experience doing fan translation of any kind, so be warned.
Other than that, I think I’m pretty much done writing stuff for the time being.

I was working with Poison as an editor on Houkago Cinderella before the cancellation even though none of my work on Youka’s route saw the light of day, I remember the time fondly. I was also helping with work on Atropos for the opening scene or so with intent on working on all of it, but disappeared for a few months and by the time I got back, work had slowed and Poison disappeared not long after. Always wish I could’ve contributed more after the kindness Poison showed me. To clear up any potential confusion since it likely doesn’t matter anymore, the common route TL that popped up like two years ago for this title was also by Poison/AfterSchoolTL. Would be nice to see what was finished released so maybe someone else can complete it one day or maybe an official pub will consider doing their own thing for one reason or another. Regardless, nice to see the title mentioned after so long.

Didnt know you were planning to release this year, glad to hear we’ll finally get the whole trilogy, this used to be one of my most anticipated titles its kinda weird no one officially picked up most of Akabeisoft’s works because they’d definitely be popular amongst the fanbase lol

One thing I just don’t get, when you say you want to release some Reminiscence/Re:collect routes, what do you mean.
Like some common route partial, or a particular heroine route? Those are big VNs in their own right.
Hey there, Fer. I translated the “secret” Kaito afterstory of the first reminiscence game (only available in the special edition) and I also translated Ren’s After in Reminiscence Re:Collect, which is effectively the continuation of that secret afterstory in the first game.
The reason I did those two was because I thought they were the closest thing to the “afterstory” of the third game’s true route ending.
All in all, I think both routes amount to around 10 thousand lines or something? A lot of content, but certainly not even close to the full games.
are you ever planning on doing more routes or maybe the full game anytime in the future?
Hey there, Zazza. To be honest, I’d need an overwhelming amount of vocal support for it, and/or the patreon I’ll make to perform very well. Since neither of those two things will realistically happen, for the time being I’ll let you know that there’s no plans to do the full games in any way, shape or form.
