On all accounts, while free translation patches are appreciated.
Above all else, a funded translation group beats one that decays away from their lively needs and self-sustenance through work or family.

And i do wish to see you get through this in a stable manner.
This will sound materialistic, though some will think “whatever keeps the translation coming”.
Though i will admit you are my favourite translation group out there, somehow you keep picking titles that are within my interest.
I do respect your translation work more than quite a few independent groups, sincerely.

Hey there, Greywraith, thanks a lot for the comment.

To expand on this, the fact is that I’ve been fan translating things since 2017 (though I only started actively promoting this team around 2020). Back then I wasn’t really in a bind to work because I had a lot of free time and I was doing just fine, but my recent delving into translating professionally is definitely something that has been taking a lot of my time. I normally have 8-10 work hour days (which sounds standard for many, but being in front of a computer translating for that amount of time is exhausting) and returning home only to do more h scenes and translation for nothing in return becomes somewhat grueling.

Whatever the case, I appreciate your comment and support, and hope this continues for the foreseeable future.

Thanks for the hard work man. Seems like Daybreak TL has quite a lot of ambition huh? I understand the pain trying to translate thousands of scripts lol. I hope that your dedication could last long if that’s not too demanding ;). Well, wish you the best of luck.

    • Bee says:

Hey there, BBJ. Sorry for answering so late.

Translating thousands of scripts is fine, after all my job is literally doing that. The issue arises when I have to do this AFTER I finish my job (which is translating another quadrillion scripts).

Either way, thanks a lot for your comment!

Even though I am not rich, I am still willing to donate to you.

Although English is not my native language, it is your selfless work that has enabled me to enjoy such an excellent work as Majikoi.

Nothing is more admirable than selfless dedication. Never let those who carry firewood for us die of cold. I hope you guys can make it through the tough times when the environment is so bad.

    • Bee says:

      Hey there, Mustard.

Honestly, any kind of donation would be appreciated. I personally don’t mind if someone has more or less money to spare. After all, we all have our own lives and problems to deal with.

Thanks a lot for supporting us! Majikoi is certainly a project I’ve been liking so far, and hopefully you’ll see a full release of both games this year!

personally i wouldn’t see opening a patreon as a type of holding the project hostage, and i think a lot of us would agree. i would love a way to support this project, and from your explanation, you could clearly use the money. please reconsider allowing some sort of financial support.

    • Bee says:

Hey there, Robert. Thanks a lot for the comment. It’s reassuring to see many think just as you do.

I am reconsidering the idea of possibly opening a Subscribestar this year, but only after we’re done releasing Majikoi A+!

      Thanks again!

Just make it, if anything it will only speed up the translation process and due to your past work on other games, I don’t think anyone with half a brain would think that you’re creating a patreon to hold Akatsuki trilogy hostage. I’ll personally add my 1$ immediately as soon as it’s up.

    • Bee says:

Hey there, Shirafune. I am reconsidering the idea of opening it, but after the release of A+!

You’d be surprised to see the amount of people who would believe otherwise, and I personally prefer to avoid all sorts of controversy, which is why I was hesitant to make a move like that. It’s super nice seeing people supporting the idea and the team nevertheless, and it’s something I’m very grateful about.

Thank you for your comment, and I hope you continue to follow our progress in the future!
